They're reporting that the 19 year old Hannah Montana star is a suspect in a criminal battery case, after a nightclub altercation on Saturday evening. A male victim filed a police report with the LAPD, saying that he and his friends were seated behind Miley and Liam's table at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood. He's claiming that his crew accidentally bumped into Miley and Liam's crew, and an argument started after exchanging words. The victim is saying that Liam got up in his face and that Miley jumped in the middle to break it all up, BUT EVENTUALLY, she punched the guy in the face.
