On Saturday a 40-year-old man by the name of Jason Rivera was arrested outside the 19-year-old's Studio City Home after being caught trespassing, later claiming to police officers that he has been friends with the celebrity for years and even went so far as to refer to the singer as his wife! Unaware that Miley wasn't even home --- Rivera climbed the fence to the property and proceeded to bang on the door and refused to leave until police got involved.
