Engineers and Architects (Bangladesh) Posted: BRAC Construction Department, one of the wings of BRAC is looking for competent and self-motivated professionals for the following regular positions: 1- Additional Chief Engineer/ Deputy Chief Engineer: Job Duties: Develop, manage, monitor project and distribution of it's work, frequent field visit to assess staff performance, ensure quality control & strong liaison/ link with Government & Semi-Government organizations for approving plan and obtaining permission for utility services, ability to prepare Deed of Agreement for outsourced projects/Consultants/ Vendors, prepare tender documents, comparative statement & evaluation, self-motivated in implementing projects alongwith innovation to enrich design, sound knowledge of RAJUK, FAR & DAP rules & regulations, and do other duties as assigned Job Specification: The candidates should have B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations and having minimum 15+ years experience in relevant field. Salary : Negotiable Job Location : Head Office 2- Deputy Chief Architect/ Assistant Chief Architect Job Duties: Frequent visit field to monitor and deliver proper guideline, develop new design, keep strong liaison/ link with RAJUK in approving plans, select right materials for appropriate location, extra ordinary professional experience in architectural design, smart, innovative, vocal and excellent communication skill, confident in modern design concept with aesthetic sense, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Microsoft suite & other software and do other duties as assigned Job Specification: The candidates should have B.Sc in Architecture with minimum 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations and having minimum 12 years experience in relevant field Salary: Negotiable Job Location: Head Office Other benefits: Staff Security Benefit, Festival Bonuses, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity and others
