First of all, it is so hard to keep up with all of the rumors and rumblings on whether or not Dick Grayson (also known as Batmans estranged partner Nightwing), will be in Zack Snyder's upcoming Batman/Superman film. However, after some investigative research, it is becoming clear that we may have legitimate reason to believe he will be in the new movie. On November 8th, Warner Bros filed for a trademark for "Nightwing" which will prevent anyone else from being able to create and sell anything with the Nightwing name or logo. Seems like an aggressive move by Warner if the character isn't going to be appearing in the movie, right?
