We recently told you that director James Mangold would be returning to helm a sequel to last year's The Wolverine and today we've learned the studio has secured a March 3rd 2017 release date for it. No word yet on if Hugh Jackman will reprise his role. His appearance in this summer's XMen Days of Future Past marks the end of his contract with the studio, but he has been involved with developing the story so if we were betting we'd put our money on him returning. Wolverine won't be the only superhero Fox will be rolling out in 2017.
