Jhpiego & Save the Children are implementing a large Project MCHIP to introduce and scale up high-impact maternal and newborn health interventions in Sindh. We are seeking suitable candidates for the following positions. 1- HR Officer - (Karachi) Recruitment & Selection, maintain personal records of employees arrange and conduct staff trainings, management of information systems, personnel policies and procedures, occupational health, salaries review, maintaining records, employee benefits etc. 2- Executive Secretary - (Karachi) Office support within the Chief of Party's Office, Liaison with members of staff, relay telephone messages, filing system, manage meetings, conferences, inquiries reply, word-processing and secretarial support, DFA, communications etc. 3- Procurement & Logistics Assistant - (Karachi) Procurement of both operational and program-related equipment and supplies, administer the asset register system for proper asset identification, monthly-quarterly inventory, hotel bookings, conference room arrangements, activity event planning and travel support, etc. coordinate all vendors, supplier and contractors, competitive market price data etc. Jhpiego is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
