I am so grateful for the 116 people who contributed to the June 2014 crowdsourcing (aka fan-funding) campaign. More than $4,300 was raised through that initial effort.

However, it fell short of my funding goal.

So I will continue to offer the same rewards and levels of support for a limited time as I get to work writing the book and planning ways we can spread this important message together.
