NewsNet 549 July 7, 2014  Licensing Division Encourages Cable Operators to Participate in Upcoming eLi Pilot Project We invite cable operators to participate in the eLi Pilot Project (Wednesday, October 1, 2014- November 30, 2014). This project is intended to demonstrate and test a number of eLi’s functions, from basic administration and user account creation to submission of Statements of Account (SOA) and the simultaneous filing of multiple SOAs (batch filing).
