There was no fight,” Kim said. “I just thought, ‘You know what, this is my day, I’m not even going to worry about it. | Late Night Hosts Conan O'Brien & Seth Meyers Honor Robin Williams (Video) Posted: 13 Aug 2014 06:53 AM PDT  Conan O’Brien and Seth Meyers both paid tribute to the late Robin Williams on their respective shows Conan and Late Night with Seth Meyers last night. Conan told a funny story about how Robin cheered him up during his dark days after taking over the Tonight Show for a very brief period. “Just as a quick example of what he was like, a bunch of years ago…I went through, publicly, a kind of bump in the road and I was feeling a little low. Out of the blue, Robin Williams buys me a bicycle. It sounds like a silly thing. He was the first person to buy me a bicycle since my parents bought me a bicycle—when I was 35. But I was kind of low and Robin loved to ride, and I loved to ride, and he bought me a bicycle,” Conan said. “But this is so Robin Williams: he bought me this bicycle and he had it delivered to my house and it was the most absurd bicycle you’ve ever seen…it was bright orange and it was bright green and it had shamrocks on it. So, I called Robin up to just say, ‘Who does that?’ I didn’t know him well enough to justify this kind of [gift]. So, I called him up and I just said, ‘Robin, I’m floored by this bike.’ And all he would say is, ‘Well, I know you ride and I know you would use it. Does it look ridiculous? Does it really look ridiculous?’ I said, ‘Yeah,’ and he went, ‘Good. Do you really look stupid riding it?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna look really stupid.’ He’s like, ‘Well, then that’s good then,’” he concluded. Seth discussed depression and the need to raise more awareness. “The saddest part of this is Robin was battling depression, and if there’s anything we can do to honor his memory, I would hope it would be to use this opportunity to educate us more about this terrible affliction. We just want to say that we miss Robin, but we’re also very lucky to have had him at all,” Seth said.

After having a tumor removed from his throat in December, Rene and Celine have gone through “a very difficult and stressful time.” “I want to devote every ounce of my strength and energy to my husband’s healing, and to do so, it’s important for me to dedicate this time to him and to our children,” Celine told People. “I also want to apologize to all my fans everywhere, for inconveniencing them, and I thank them so much for their love and support.” Celine has also been fighting an illness that has caused inflammation in her throat muscles and has been suffering since late July. Our thoughts are with Celine, Rene Angelil, and their family and loved ones during this time. |

| Zelda Williams Is Deleting Twitter for a 'Good Long Time' Posted: 12 Aug 2014 10:53 PM PDT  Zelda Williams has decided that she is deleting her Twitter account from all her devices, possibly forever, following the death of her father Robin Williams. The 25-year-old actress took to her account to plead with her Twitter followers to report two users who had been sending her absolutely awful messages and photos. “Please report @PimpStory @MrGoosebuster. I’m shaking. I can’t. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won’t open it. Don’t either. Please,” Zelda wrote before deleting the tweet. The two users were sending her photos that appeared to be Photoshopped pictures of Robin supposedly after his death. They also called her some awful words. After deleting that tweet, Zelda wrote “I’m sorry. I should’ve risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye.” Earlier in the evening, Zelda released a lengthy statement that was incredibly touching and also infused with a great sense of humor. UPDATE: Zelda added this message on her Instagram account: “I will be leaving this account for a but while I heal and decide if I’ll be deleting it or not. In this difficult time, please try to be respectful of the accounts of myself, my family and my friends. Mining our accounts for photos of dad, or judging me on the number of them is cruel and unnecessary. There are a couple throughout, but the real private moments I shared with him were precious, quiet, and believe it or not, not full of photos or ‘selfies’. I shared him with a world where everyone was taking their photo with him, but I was lucky enough to spend time with him without cameras too. That was more than enough, and I’m grateful for what little time I had. My favorite photos of family are framed in my house, not posted on social media, and they ‘ll remain there. | Brittany Murphy Biopic Airing on Lifetime - Meet the Film's Star Posted: 12 Aug 2014 09:40 PM PDT  Brittany Murphy‘s life is being turned into a two-hour television movie that will air on Lifetime next month. The Brittany Murphy Story, the first long-form scripted project about the actress, will air on Saturday, September 6, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actress chosen to play the title role is Amanda Fuller, who is best known for her work on Last Man Standing and Grey’s Anatomy. The film will reportedly tell the story of Brittany‘s younger years during which her mother Sharon Murphy tried to turn her daughter into a star. It leads up to her death and will also cover the aftermath, “when her mother dealt with claims that her daughter’s death was not accidental.” Brittany died on December 20, 2009 from pneumonia and other causes. Her husband Simon Monjack died five months later from the same cause. |

| Tom Hiddleston Being Courted for the 'Ben-Hur' Remake! Posted: 12 Aug 2014 08:10 PM PDT  Tom Hiddleston is reportedly being courted to play the title role in the upcoming remake of the classic movie Ben-Hur. The original film was released in 1959 and starred Charlton Heston as a Jewish prince who is betrayed and sent into slavery by a Roman friend. He later regains his freedom and comes back for revenge. The movie won 11 Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor in a Leading Role. While Tom is rumored to be the first choice for the project, he has other projects possibly being lined up that could prevent him from taking the role, according to Deadline.
