Big Kids MT is Back! Big Kids classes are a wonderful alternative or supplementation to private instrument lessons!  These classes are appropriate for ages 5 to 7 and beyond.  Reply to this newsletter for more information! Did you know newborns have demonstrated recognition of songs sung to them in utero?  Did you know babies as young as 2 weeks old can sing?  Every child benefits from early exposure to music and movement!  Detailed info at the National Music Together website. Babies eight months and younger may attend a Mixed Ages Class, whether registered on their own or attending free with an older brother or sister.  Babies may also take this special "Babies Class" offered as a one-semester introduction to Music Together.  Enroll at our local website. Hello, everyone!   I hope you all have had a wonderful summer!  I have enjoyed a slightly more relaxed schedule for a couple of months and look forward to jumping back into making music with you and your little ones this Fall.   We're going to learn the Bongos song collection this fall, and besides the usual favorites Funga Alafia, Palo Palo, Canoe Song, and more, we get to enjoy the new addition of beautiful traditional Japanese folk song Hotaru Koi!   Early Enrollment Discount - Enroll by August 20 for an automatic $5 per child Early Enrollment discount from your tuition!  More info about discounts below.   BABIES ONLY: Besides the standard Mixed Ages class, we're offering a special one-semester Babies Only for children younger than 9 months old. Look in the left column of this newsletter for links.   INTER-GENERATIONAL CLASS: Making music with the seniors at Brooks-Howell Home was a thing of beauty for everyone involved last Fall, Winter, and Spring. We're excited to continue to offer the Inter-generational Class!
