The candidate should be having at least 10 years experience, out of which 5 years experience as a Business Development Manager in the UAE. Working with local and international consulting engineering organizations and rapport with clients / UAE government agencies shall be the basic requirement. In addition, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, and will be required to prepare business development plans. Being an engineer and Gulf resident shall be an added advantage.
