Usman Institute of Technology require 1- MANAGER ADMINISTRATION AND SECURITY A graduate with experience in both areas - will manage and supervise security, house keeping, maintenance, land scaping and handle purchases of supplies, inventories and transport. Should have excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, expertise in handling CCTV network, proficiency in computer usage specially WORD and EXCEL, pleasant disposition and tolerant temperament in dealing with people of different profiles, should be a go getter, doer and be able to work with minimum supervision. 2- MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR / ENGINEER An experienced multi-tasker in engineering services or retired engineer with a multi-tasking background of undertaking and supervising a variety of construction and maintenance works including electrical, civil, landscaping and air-conditioning. Should be able to draw action plans, maintenance logs and ensure regular maintenance and reporting to management. Computer proficiency ; at least WORD and EXCEL necessary. 3- AC TECHNICIAN Must possess a professional diploma or certification and have long experience in an air-conditioner related factory / concern of servicing and maintaining air conditioners and related machines.

(Civil)/Diploma holder with 20 years building works experience. 8- ADMIN MANAGER Graduate with 10 years experience (Preferred Ex-Service Man). 9- AUDITOR FINANCE Graduate/part qualified ACCA/ICMA with minimum 5 years experience as an Auditor with large organization.
