A transformation may take place within you today as you recognize and discard those elements of your experience that have proven to be self-limiting. While reading philosophical texts or speaking with a spiritual teacher, you may begin to clearly see how fear and negativity have adversely affected your life. Since you are likely boldly looking into your soul and facing those fears that have prevented you from fulfilling your full potential, you may be inadvertently formulating an entirely new personal ideology. This transformation may be painful or it may be pleasurable. If you allow your belief system to expand and change naturally today, you may discover that though you have left part of yourself behind, you have been blessed with a newly formed inner landscape to explore.

Recognizing that change is a necessary part of growth can help you deal with difficult transformations courageously and appreciate your life's endings and beginnings. It is not uncommon for people to become resistant to change over time, particularly when they have become comfortable with the makeup of their lives. In order to evolve as an individual, you may have to turn your back on parts of your existence that are pleasant but ultimately detrimental to your well-being. Doing so joyfully and enthusiastically will allow you to look toward the future with positive expectations rather than trepidation. You'll honor the person you once were while becoming someone new.
