So, how great is that?   We have a tradition of music on the streets in New Orleans; we have other features of this crazy city that you'll never find anywhere else, and to tell you the truth, when living gets frustrating (and it does), I think about where else I'd want to live, and I just can't think of anyplace I'd rather be.   Lots of newcomers are migrating to New Orleans, and I hope and pray that they take the time to "get" New Orleans--and I don't mean just the party mentality--I'm talking about the deep soulfullness of our community, which sometimes is a bit rooted in dysfunction.      LAST WEEK'S POLL What's your favorite uptown music club?
