Manager, IT Risk (Information Security Dept.) Key responsibilities: Working with the Business and IT management to identify information security and broader technology risk issues. Identify, develop and implement Business/Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures. Provide documentation and training on Contingency Planning concepts and procedures. Identifying opportunities for the development of security and broader technology controls and services. Leading the information security and IT risk management governance forum(s) within KSE business area and technology group. Required Skills and Knowledge: Network security (firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, switching and routing devices), Access control and data loss prevention tooling & Application development tools and languages, Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, Cryptography and PKI. Web technology and security of web based services/applications, Database systems security (Sybase, DB2, Oracle and Microsoft SQL server). Operating systems security on Windows and Linux (virus prevention, IDS, desktop management tools, group policy enforcement, encryption, etc.). Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security and Risk Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related major with at least 3 years or more of related experience in the IT Security environment. Preferably CISA, CISM and/or related Asst. Manager, Technology IS (Information Security Dept.) Key responsibilities: Provide technical security guidance to Messaging server engineering/operations staff to help meet info.security requirements and pro-actively engage with teams to enhance IT risk oversight and proactively engage the businesses to identify, document and drive remediation of excessive Risks and non-compliant activities and escalate significant risks to IS Leadership for information or action. Support IS policy and standards development and initiatives implementation. Demonstrate continuous improvement on all IS program, focus on process improvements and ensure compliance to security practices & standards. Reduce security risks leveraging controls and minimizing weaknesses in our Applications portfolio. Required Skills and Knowledge: Expert in executing IS programs such as but not limited to, Audit Reviews, Risk Assessment, Awareness & Training, Identity Access & Management, Data Protection, Secure SDLC, Incident Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Third Party IS Assessment, Secure Configurations, Patch Management, Source Code Review etc. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security and Risk Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related major with at least 3 years or more of related experience in the IT Security environment. Preferably CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or related certifications. Software Engineer, Oracle Development (Information Technology Dept.) 3 positions Key responsibilities: Develop applications as per functional requirements, design documents and develop systems to automate various manual processes Create prototype/ functional specs of new/existing systems/ features according to given requirements. Create databases according to given schema and write code documentation. Prepare deployment documents and assist team leads in preparing end user manuals Perform unit, integration and stress testing of systems and perform bug fixes Required Skills and Knowledge: UML, Database modeling, OOP Concepts, Programming Skills, Analytical Skills, Adaptability to work on multiple technologies/platforms. Preferable Skills: Oracle Database llg, SQL/PL-SQL, TOAD IDE, Oracle Developer Suite llg. ERWin Data Modeler. Oracle Data Integrator llg, OBIEE llg, J2SE, J2EE (Servlets, JSPs, Web Services, Frameworks-Spring, Hibernate, Struts 2). Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or of related field from a top ranked local or foreign university. Master's Degree holders will be given preference. Incumbent should have at least 2 years of Oracle development experience.
