Here’s what the 17-year-old reality star had to share with the mag: On growing up in the public eye: "When I was like 10, 11, 12, I had a really hard time with the media. During your adolescence, girls deal with their peers at school, then they go home and they don't have to deal with it [there]. It was a lot more haters to deal with…especially since I was younger and my sisters were so beautiful and had it all together. I can have my moments and say that I don't want this life anymore, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. The good is definitely worth the bad." On plastic surgery & lip injection rumors: "You guys have watched me grow up since I was 9. My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour and everything. I'm not against surgery. I'd never say no, but I don't desire it right now." Here’s what the 35-year-old Gone Girl actress had to share with the mag: On doing 36 takes of Neil Patrick Harris‘ sex scene for Gone Girl: "I spent more time in front of the camera on that film than in my entire career to date, because he's shooting five to six hours of footage a day, and over a hundred days shooting—that mounts up.” Director David Fincher adds, "I told them to rehearse it for three days, as we're pumping five gallons of blood out of Desi's throat. 36 sheets, 450 gallons of blood and 36 pairs of underpants” On a strange fan encounter: "I went into this lovely Spanish shop and the girl said, 'Has anyone ever told you you look just like the girl in Gone Girl?,' and I said, 'Well, that's me.' And then she just looked at me with this deepest look of suspicion. And I said, 'I'm pregnant, so I look a bit different, and I'm English.' And she's like, 'But why are you here?' There was a point we said we love each other, like in a normal relationship.” “It’s not from a lack of trying on either side. It’s just I’m a nurse in Kansas City, he lives in Miami and is in the entertainment industry. That's his job. That's his lifestyle. It was really hard for me to fit into that. We gave it a good try, but we’re two different people,” Nikki continued. “I wasn’t going to quit, I’m not quitter. I tried everything. He tried too. The HBO show’s last two episodes from season 4 will be showing at 150 theaters in IMAX format across the U.S. from January 23-29.
