TVET REFORM SUPPORT PROGRAMME As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The TVET Reform Support Programme, funded by the European Union, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Royal Norwegian Embassy, has been commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing this Programme in close collaboration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and is seeking candidates for the following positions; Job Title: Two (2) Technical Advisors Public Private Partnership Reference No. TVET 2015/051) Duty Station: Lahore & Peshawar Qualifications and Experience: Master degree in a relevant field (business development, education, technology, etc.) Minimum of 5 years work experience in PPP or related working fields Sound understanding of current status of PPP in the province he/she applies for Work experience in an organization providing or facilitating TVET Prior experience with working in TVET reform processes would be an asset Sound knowledge about business development and business management practices Experience in enterprise-based training, apprenticeship training and public private partnership in TVET Sound record in working with private sector representatives Experience with result monitoring Experience in working with international development partners Experience in project management Very good working skills of information and communication technologies (especially MS Office) Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu and good language skills of other languages widely used in Pakistan Title:Two (2) Technical Advisors Organizational Development - C4 eference No. TVET 2015/052) Duty Station: Karachi & Peshawar Qualifications and Experience: Master degree in Business Administration or Management (organizational development) or post graduate degree in Organizational Development. Knowledge of the TVET system in Pakistan and modern concepts of TVET reform Experience in working with private sector would be an asset Experience in working with international development partners Very good working skills of information and communication technologies (especially MS-Office) Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu Good language skills of other languages widely used in Pakistan
