Community Development Officer, Assistant Programmer, Assistant Network Administrator, AutoCAD Operator and Computer Operator, HUD&PHE Department (Pakistan) Posted: POSITIONS VACANT Housing Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department has launched the project namely "Scaling up Pakistan Approach to Total Sanitation in Punjab" in all districts of Punjab. Applications are invited from Punjab Domicile for the following positions in Community Development Unit and WATSAN Coordination Cell of HUD & PHE Department on purely contract basis for the period of 5 months. 1- Community Development Officer Qualification / Experience: Master Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Rural Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology / Agriculture and Rural Development in 2nd Division from HEC recognized University with at least 3 years experience in participatory development, preferably in Water & Sanitation Sector. 2- Community Based Motivator Qualification / Experience: Master Degree in Social Sciences / Bachelor of Arts (Honor) from HEC recognized University. Having at least 1 year experience in relevant sector and also having social mobilization & good communication skills. 3- Assistant Programmer (Oracle) Qualification / Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (four years degree course) OR Master's Degree in Computer Science (two years degree course) from HEC recognized University with one year experience of software development in Oracle / Developer (Minimum 10g) 4- Assistant Programmer (GIS) Qualification / Experience: Master's Degree in GIS from HEC recognized University with at-least 1 Year experience of GIS application development using Arc GIS, AutoCAD 5- Data Analyst Qualification / Experience: Master's Degree in Statistics / Business Administration / Commerce from HEC recognized University, Must be having hands on expertise in data compilation, data analysis and data reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is must. 6- Assistant Network Administrator Qualification / Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (four years degree course) OR Master's Degree in Computer Science (two years" degree course) from HEC recognized University with one year experience of computer networking, troubleshooting, LAN, WAN Maintenance. Preference will be given to those who are MCSE/ CCNA/CCNP certified. 7- AutoCAD Operator Qualification / Experience: Diploma of Associate Engineer (CIVIL) OR Matric with Diploma in AutoCAD, Must be having hands on expertise in AutoCAD 2D and 3D Drawings preparation. Experience in water supply & sanitation system desiqninq will be added advantage. 8- Computer Operator Qualification / Experience: Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) OR F.Sc. / F.A. / l-COM with at least three months computer training in MS Office. Progressively responsible professionals having experience of working with Govt, or private Organizations in similar role is required for each post.
