JOB OPPORTUNITIES The Secondary Education Department, Government of Balochistan has received a grant under Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF) towards the cost of Promoting Girls Education in Balochistan Project required (For Short Term) the services of individuals against the following positions. 1- Communication Officer Qualification and Experience: Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field from a University recognized by HEC. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in communication or advocacy in public and/ or private sector projects. Working in World Bank funded projects will have an added advantage. 2- Education Officer Training Qualification and Experience: Minimum Masters in Education, Social sciences or related disciplines from a recognized university. The candidate should have 5 years of relevant professional experience in development field, preferably in education. He/she possesses strong conceptual, analytical and interpersonal management skills and proven ability to work in a team environment IT computer and report writing skills are also required. 3- Procurement Officer Qualification and Experience: The Candidate should have minimum 5 years relevant experience. He/She must have knowledge of World Bank procurement procedures and working on World Bank financed projects. The Candidate must have Master degree in a relevant field such as MBA, MA Economics and should have working Computer knowledge. Excellent skills in MS Office Le MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet and Email is must. 4- Sub Engineer Qualification and Experience: The Sub engineer should have at least 5 years' experience and knowledge of engineering and construction particularly in the field of school construction. The Candidate must be computer literate having familiarity with computer based engineering software (Auto CAD( and with MS Office applications. The Candidate should have Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Associate Engineering in Civil.
