Guides the team in prospecting for areas, tells them how to collect client data and trains his team regarding the product and sales. Supports Senior BE on matters regarding visits. Closes deals that are maturing, bargains and handles critical cases, gets payments from clients who aren't paying. Motivates his team and forwards their concerns to management. Ensures good performance of his team members and rectifies their lacking, if this doesn't work out he notifies the same to management so they can handle the rectification. Visits senior people from client side like CEO etc of client company. Involved in project selling. |
