Business Development & Sales Coordinator (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Water and Wastewater treatment developers with successful record of long term concession agreements with governmental and semi governmental authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia looking for immediate hiring of the following personnel: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES COORDINATOR Qualification & Experience: Reporting to business development manager, he will be responsible for the in-house business management, process cycle, soft and hard copy archive, interface between marketing, customers and technical department. Coordinate the assembly and submission of project tenders. Receive and acknowledge orders and update of CRM data. Manage reporting and progress of sales pipeline. Coordinate the internal business loop involving the business development department. Connect between sales, technical and customers. Maintain business filing system and update data base and CRM records. The following qualities are essential: IT and computer skills including extensive use of work processing, spreadsheet and mainframe applications. Representable and friendly attitude and manner on phone and with team members. Through this role is an in-house base, but occasionally it may require attending outside meetings. Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized and creative. BA, Engineering or relevant technical education. Arabic/English bilingual is mandatory. Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in KSA.

Extensive work experience of value added water & wastewater solutions/services in public and industrial segments. Proactively engage with prospective clients and existing clients in order to identify and create new business opportunities. Develop strong business relationships with decision makers and key influencers in all targeted prospects. Proactively identify revenue generation opportunities. Provide standard reporting and statistics to management, specifically in relation to the sales pipeline. Familiar with CRM and corporate data base structures. Work in multinational environment. The following qualities are essential: IT and computer skills including extensive use of work processing, PowerPoint, access, spreadsheet and mainframe applications. Representable and friendly attitude with manner on phone and with team mates. Familiar with most business management and presentation tools. Proactive and creative. Friendly, ethic, result oriented and positive manner. Teamwork player and constructive. Resourceful and good capability to coordinate with other sales, engineering and customer service departments. Maintain proper and updated business filing system and update records of database and CRM. Arabic/English bilingual is mandatory. Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineer. Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in similar position in KSA.
