Business Development, Field-Based Industrial Relations, HSE Professionals and Billing Officer (Oman) Posted: Career Opportunities Pakistan Petroleum Limited, a frontline Exploration and Production (E&P) company, is looking for the following professionals: 1- Business Development Professionals Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Engineering/ Finance from a reputable local or foreign university. Candidates possessing a master's degree in the above disciplines from a reputed local or foreign university will be preferred. Job Profile/ Specifications Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience with an E&P company Have strong financial modelling skills using MS Excel Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite with ease in working on high level presentations Working knowledge of Petroleum Economics Evaluation software would be preferred 2- Field-Based Industrial Relations Professional Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed local or foreign university. Candidates possessing qualification in Law along with the above will be preferred. Job Profile/ Specifications Have at least 15 years of relevant experience of handling industrial relations and dealing with unions at senior level Have proven record of maintaining industrial peace and discipline in difficult conditions Possess extensive exposure to grievance handling and ability to take charge of and manage difficult/ turbulent situations and deliver quality output Have demonstrable success in negotiating the charter of demands while maintaining cordial relations Possess in-depth knowledge of labour and other applicable laws with the ability to handle relevant litigation at appropriate fora 3- HSE Professionals Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline from a reputed local or foreign university. Candidates possessing NEBOSH International General Certification and / ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Certificate will be preferred. Job Profile/ Specifications Possess at least 4 years of relevant experience with an E&P company Well-versed with Occupational and Process Safety Management Possess experience of monitoring, support and assisting implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulatory compliances, occupational HSE policies and procedures Have exposure of conducting HSE awareness raising trainings/ sessions for employees Able to monitor matters related to HSE hazard identification and risk control 4- Billing Officer Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Associate Engineering from a reputed local institute/ university Job Profile/ Specifications Have at least 10 years of relevant experience with an E&P company Able to perform volumetric calculations of natural gas Capable of preparing gas sales statements, computing daily gas sales to customers by reading charts of sales meters, including conversion from volumetric to heating value Able to supervise filling of condensate in contractor's bowser and prepare a dispatch invoice for sales to refinery Proficient in the use of computer, particularly MS Office Pakistan Petroleum Limited offers competitive remuneration package along with opportunities for career progression in a congenial environment.
