We are looking for Customer Relation Manager for 3S Automobile Dealership (Toyota Garden Motors), Who we're looking for; An experienced Customer Relations Manager with automotive experience Minimum Bachelors degree holder Customer service driven People management and motivational skills Proven track record within customer relations for a recognised organisation Planning and controlling skills Professional approach Minimum 2 year relevant field experience Hard working and possess excellent communication skills. Customer retention knowledge Building brand loyalty Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service; Communicating effectively with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face; Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants; Co-ordination with other departments to develop customer-centric environment Conducting surveys to gauge the customer satisfaction levels Contact aftersales@toyotagarden.com
