Empower Contracting, a member of the CPC Holding, Saudi Bin Ladin Group - SBG, is a leading electromechanical specialist based in KSA and is seeking to hire experienced Electromechanical Personnel in the following specializations: Positions: Transportation Manager Logistics Manager Transportation Supervisor Logistics Supervisor Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: - 15 years of experience - 8 years of experience Job Description: Supervise the complete logistics / transport department of the company. Provide detailed reports on a monthly basis to the management regarding issues, requirements and solutions pertaining to the logistics department. Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles, including buses for employees' transportation from accommodation to sites. Ensure company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures such as Iqama, driving license, insurance, Istamara, authorization letter and vehicle registration. Make sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations all at the right time. In charge of the day-to-day operations of the transport department. Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles. Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles. Ensure company compliance of all transport policies. Manage, monitor and develop a team of drivers. Being the first point of contact for the drivers. Make sure that all transport fleet vehicles are property maintained and serviced. Organize vehicle checks.
