EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (CONTRACT BASED POSITIONS) PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT OF PUNJAB POLICE INTEGRATED COMMAND. CONTROL & COMMUNICATION (PPIC3) CENTRE PROJECT QURBAN LINES, LAHORE The Project Management Unit of Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control & Communication Centre, Lahore, is seeking interested candidates for the following contract based positions: 1- Joint Director (Planning & Procurement) Qualification/ Experience: Sixteen (16) years of education in Social Sciences, Finance & Accounts or Management Sciences. At least15 years of administration, project management and procurement experience. Well versed with Public Sector financial management/administration rules and regulations. 2- Database Administrator Qualification/ Experience: Master degree in Operational Research, Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering. Minimum of 5year experience in database administration. Good problem solving, analytical, administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. 3- Programme & Research Officer Qualification/ Experience: Master's (or a well-qualified Bachelor's) degree in business administration (MBA), economics, public policy, or a related discipline (including a specialization in ICT for development). 2-3 years of relevant experience in research/programme management is desirable. Previous fieldwork experience is desirable. Able to communicate with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors. 4- Private Secretary Qualification/ Experience: Minimum of sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law or any other related disciplines from a well reputed university/institution. 2-3 years of work experience in the Public Sector is desirable. Well versed with the Public Sector management/administration Rules & Regulations and the allied procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5- Computer Operator Qualification/ Experience: Associate's degree/diploma in computer related discipline from a well reputed institution. 2-3 years of work experience as a computer operator or related data center experience is desirable. Knowledge of Data Processing and computer operating systems and software for error handling and recovery operating computer. Well versed with the operating and monitoring multiple computer systems and peripheral devices concurrently. Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. 6- Associate/HR Qualification/ Experience: Minimum of sixteen years of education in human resources management, organizational development, social sciences or a related field of study from a well reputed university / institution. 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field is desirable. Able to effectively communicate with individuals at all professional levels. Well versed with the use of human resources information systems (HRIS). Good communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. 7- Associate /Procurement Qualification/ Experience: Minimum of sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field from a well reputed university/institution. 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field and knowledge of World Bank procurement is desirable. Good analytical, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. 8- Associate/Accounts & Finance Qualification/ Experience: minimum of sixteen years of education in finance, accounting or business disciplines from a well reputed university. 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field is desirable. Part qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA or some other recognized professional body. Well versed with developing budgets and financial reports. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 9- Data Entry Operator Minimum of Bachelor's / Associate Degree or equivalent from a well reputed university/institution. 2-3 years of related clerical or data entry experience is desirable, Excellent Data Entry Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Keyboarding and learned in a variety of contexts is desirable.Reading comprehension, verbal and written communication critical-thinking and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
